
Service & Support technician/engineer
The Service & Support Technician/Engineer is responsible for Installing, monitoring and servicing Sensys Gatso systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting for problems, repairing or replacing faulty equipment, running tests and completing reports, updating and improving existing systems. There is learning on the job and a personal development plan. The Service and Support Engineer is flexible in working hours which include evening / night / weekends. Job will require traveling within KSA.
The Job
- Execute the Installation, configuration and maintenance of the Sensys Gatso systems and ensure performance by diagnosing & troubleshooting errors and providing optimal solutions.
- Provide both preventive and corrective maintenance support to the Customer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Provide remote support and hotline support for the customer in case of emergencies.
- Prepare Workflow according to the Schedule provided by the Team leader and follow it.
- Attend calls and requests of the team leader and attends regular team meetings
- Cooperate with the other team members and share information within the Organization.
- Execute the replacement of faulty items and parts and keep detailed records of the repairs done.
- Manage the Stock Inventory by keeping track of the incoming and outgoing Spare parts.
- Create progress and technical reports of the repairs and maintenance.
- Generate field service reports and expense reports based on company provided guidelines.
- Follow work guidelines and comply with and maintain company standards, especially to ensure safety and security of all the team members within the organization.
Job requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in engineering is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar field.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred and should be willing to travel throughout the Kingdom.
- Ability to work in flexible schedules and under pressure
