First Line Support Engineer

Department: Service, Location: Sensys Gatso Netherlands B.V. Haarlem

Sensys Gatso levert apparatuur voor verkeershandhaving in Nederland en meer dan 50 landen over de hele wereld. Om deze apparatuur in Nederland te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een Nederlands sprekende Technisch Beheerder voor onze Customer Support afdeling. In deze functie is het belangrijk dat je eerstelijns support kunt  leveren op alle verkeershandhaving systemen die Sensys Gatso in Nederland in beheer heeft. Het grootste deel van de support zal software gerelateerd zijn.  
In de functie van Technisch Beheerder ben je vooral bezig met het op afstand monitoren, controleren en configureren van flitspalen, trajectcontroles en ANPR camera’s in Nederland. Heb je een afgeronde MBO niveau 4 in ICT of andere relevante technische richting en vind je het geen probleem om op de Linux command line  een commando in te geven, dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

You will share the responsibility for the development of our products, and in that sense contribute to a better world in a very direct manner. You will find yourself in a team of highly skilled and motivated engineers, with an international composition who are always in search of the latest technologies, opportunities and innovations.

You will be a key person for the development of our roadside traffic systems, and in that sense contribute to a better world in a very direct manner. You will join a team of highly skilled and motivated engineers, including electrical and mechanical expertise. Our team also consists of (embedded) software engineers  with an international composition who are driven to serve our customers in the best way possible.
