Our team of engineers is in need of a new colleague, who considers him or herself to be an experienced scrum master. You will take over the responsibility for guiding the team with the development of our products, and in that sense contribute to a better world in a very direct manner. You will find yourself in a team of highly skilled and motivated engineers, with an international composition who are always  searching for the latest technologies, opportunities and innovations.

The Job

As scrum master you will be part of our R&D development team that’s helping our national and international customers realize their product and project goals.
What does it take to become our scrum master? 
  • Three years or more experience in being a scrum master for multiple teams and coaching the organization
  • Deep understanding of the agile mindset and scrum and the ability to explain on different levels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Social, patient, structured and proactive personal characteristics are essential
  • Negotiation skills and experience to resolve conflict situations within/outside teams.
  • Expert in coaching individuals and teams
  • Driven to achieve constant improvements
  • Natural leadership skills
  • You are always looking for innovation; stay informed on the latest developments in the ways of working in the world and new initiatives or best practises
  • You are driven to deliver high quality results in time and are able to motivate others as well
  • You must be fluent in English
What do we expect from this role?
  • Facilitate learning and development through training, workshops and/or day to day work
  • Grow an agile culture by assisting and supporting teams and management with improving their way of working
  • Guiding teams to reach goal of self organized teams
  • Ensure conditions are in place to grow a self organizing culture
  • Closing the feedback loops and take the lead on improvement initiatives
  • You are flexible, embrace change and find it challenging to work in a complex environment (both software and hardware)
  • You make complex stuff less complex and challenge others to do the same
  • Be the scrum master for several teams
